1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, previewing, downloading any font file or accessing all functions of this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (integrated into this agreement by reference).If you disagree with any clause herein, you must immediately stop all use of the Site.This website is a non-profit platform solely for showcasing and promoting excellent typefaces, with no charge for font downloading services in general.

2. Definition Glossary

  • Font: All typeface files, glyph resources, preview pictures and related design works published on the Site, owned independently by original designers/foundries.

  • Free Font Section: Exclusive categorized zone on the Site; all fonts inside are legally permitted for unlimited personal & commercial use free of license fees.

  • Ordinary Fonts: All fonts outside Free Font Section, copyright fully reserved by respective authors.

  • User: Any individual or legal entity accessing and downloading resources from the Site.

3. Font Usage & Copyright Rules

  1. All Ordinary Fonts downloaded from the Site are for personal trial preview only. Any commercial application (including branding, packaging, commercial printing, app embedding, webfont deployment, product commercialization) requires users to obtain formal written copyright licensing directly from the original font author or foundry before use. The Site does not grant any commercial usage authorization for non-free fonts on behalf of designers.

  2. Fonts located in the Free Font Section are legally cleared for unrestricted personal and commercial use without extra authorization or royalty payment.

  3. If any font posted on our Site inadvertently infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send formal notification via our contact mailbox. We will remove the infringing font resource promptly after verification.

  4. Users shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify font source codes, split glyph files, repackage, resell, redistribute or upload full/partial font files to third-party download platforms without explicit written consent from the copyright owner.

4. User Code of Conduct

Users shall not:

  1. Use the Site or downloaded fonts for illegal, obscene, infringing or unlawful business activities violating local copyright & cyber laws worldwide;

  2. Launch network attacks, crawl website source data maliciously, implant malware, spam or damage Site server security;

  3. Forge font copyright certification, falsely claim ownership of third-party typeface resources.We reserve the right to restrict access, block IP addresses of violating users and pursue corresponding legal liabilities.

5. Intellectual Property of the Website

All webpage layout, site logo, website text, preview page design and original compilation content of this Site are protected by global copyright laws. No party may copy, replicate or republish the whole or partial website structure without our written permission.Font copyright always remains with original designers; nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of font intellectual property from creators to website or end users.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

All resources and website services are provided on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis without any express or implied warranty:

  1. We do not warrant all posted fonts are error-free, virus-free or fully compatible with all operating systems, desktop & web development environments;

  2. The Site bears no legal responsibility for any losses, economic damages, legal disputes or compensation claims arising from users’ unauthorized commercial use of ordinary fonts without acquiring official author licenses from font owners; all related legal risks shall be borne solely by the downloading user;

  3. We are not liable for content validity of external third-party hyperlinks inserted on the Site.

7. Revision of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time per legal requirement or platform adjustment. Updated clauses take legal effect immediately after online publication; your continuous use of the Site after revision constitutes automatic acceptance of updated terms.
